Returns will be authorized under the following circumstances:
• Stock forms may only be returned if the form has not been revised since the order was placed.
• There is a 15% restocking fee plus shipping for items ordered in error.
• Returns must be within 2 months of ship date. Returns for Computer Supplies must be within 30 days of ship date.
• Credit will not be given for partial cartons, opened packages or product damaged in return shipping.
• Should you wish to return an item, please contact your sales service representative first. Our receiving department cannot guarantee acceptance of returned product without a return authorization
Credit may be given provided that the item has not shipped or been put into production.
The following conditions may apply:
A Credit Card transaction will be voided only if canceled the same business day that the order is placed.
All cancellations thereafter will be made by refund check within 30 days less a $10.00 handling fee.
On custom printed products, an additional plate charge may apply along with any typesetting/design costs.
Should you need to cancel your order, please call our business office, Eastern Standard Time at (800)-947-3595. Be sure to reference your order number.
Additional Return policy information:
Imprinted stock items and custom orders can be returned for any Beachley error. In the case of Beachley error you have the choice of either reprinting at no charge or having us pick up the product (no charge to you) and issuing you credit or refund.
You must call our sales department for a return authorization prior to returning any product. Items received without authorization will not be accepted.
Because we ship stock orders so fast, On-Line stock orders must be voided the same day. All stock imprinted orders must be voided within 36 hours. All cancellations after 24 hours will be made by refund check within 30 days. All stock imprint orders cancelled after 36 hours will be charged work done. If item is printed no cancellation allowed.
If you need to cancel an order call our sales department between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Eastern standard or daylight savings time. Have your order number available for reference.
Products & Pricing
Although Beachley Medical intends to maintain its prices during the life of its mailings, Beachley reserves the right, to be exercised at its sole discretion, to revise prices, limit quantities and correct printing/pricing errors.
Minimum orders may be required.
Products are not for resale.
Premiums are subject to availability. A substitution of equal or greater value may be made.
Beachley reserves the right to refuse orders from distributors, dealers, warehouse stores, individuals, or entities outside of the scope of specific offers or promotions, whether made in print or electronically, and when such special offers and promotions are extended by any party other than Beachley.
Beachley reserves the right, to be exercised at its sole discretion, to reject orders which it believes to be in good faith to be fraudulently or improperly obtained.
All decorated apparel is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Undecorated apparel is returnable by the customer expense within 20 days of receiving the product. The returned apparel must have the original tags, unwashed/unworn, and be in good resale condition to receive full refund. You must receive return authorization for any returns by emailing your request to email@example.com.
